Holiday week is nearly over!
So I’ve strayed quite a bit from my diet and exercise routine. It was a lovely week of relaxation though, but I’m worried about the scales. So I decided to give myself a week to get back into my diet and exercise routine before I weigh myself again. I’m visiting my brother (he lives about 4 hours away). And him and his wife are taking me out mountain bike riding today! (YES! Extra calories burnt = bonus).
Whatever damage I did this week, can be reversed!
