Day 8 - Body Blitz
So today is weigh in /measure day. I lost 2kgs.. and dropped about 2 cms of my waist, hip and thighs (all the places that matter). I also lost on my chest too.
How did I go this week, you ask?
I did exercise quite a bit.. but I also ate badly. Somedays I was eating fantastic.. but I seriously hate my friends for taking out all the junk food whenever we hang out. Grr. Anyway. No worries. A loss is still a loss. And I have 11 weeks to change my eating behaviours!
2kg is like 4lbs good job girl!!!!!!
